QUALITY CONTROL

ANALYTICAL TESTS ON RAW MATERIALS, BULKS AND FINISHED PRODUCTS:
‍infrared (IR), pH, determination of the total water content (Karl Fisher method), viscosity, density.

MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTS ON RAW MATERIALS, BULK GOODs, FINISHED PRODUCTS, PACKAGING MATERIALS, ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING:
total bacterial load (CBT), mould and yeast count, water analysis, environmental analysis on air samples (MAS 100 Eco), identification of the most clinically significant Gram -/+ bacteria (BBL Crystal), evaluation of the safety and efficacy of a conservation system (Challenge Test).
